  • How long can I access the courses and my records?

    If you purchase an individual course, you can access it for 90 days. If you purchase any bundle, including the all-access pass, you can access all courses in that bundle for 1 year.

    If you need records of your training or certificates after your enrollment has expired, YSOA keeps them for seven (7) years. Simple email us via the "Contact Us" link in the footer and ask us for the records you need.

  • Do you offer group sales or discounts?

    Yes, at checkout, you can specify how many students you want to include in your order. If you want to enroll 10 or more students, email us at [email protected] for a 20% discount code.

  • I’m looking for a topic that’s not on your website.

    We LOVE getting suggestions for new courses. Please email us with your course ideas. If we’re able to create the course, we’ll add you to our beta test group so you can help us evaluate the course.

  • Do you offer CEU credits?

    We have received approval from some agencies for some courses, and those are noted on the information page. Every course offers a certificate that you can use to ask an agency for approval. If you want us to seek approval from any particular organization, please mail us ([email protected]) so we can send the information that group needs.

  • How will I know if I passed the course?

    At the end of each course, there will be a quiz on the content. You must get a passing score on the quiz (usually 75%) in order to get a certificate. If you don't pass the quiz, the system will allow you to take another quiz. If you are unable to pass the quiz after multiple tries, email the instructors for remedial work and assessment.
